Acceptable Use Policy

What nobody may do with PlantX - the Customer, its people, and the contractors, suppliers and consultants it invites.

1.Who This Applies To

1.1

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Agreement between the operator of PlantX and each Customer of PlantX. It applies to the Customer, its Authorised Users and its Invited Parties, and to anyone else who uses the Services. Words defined in the Terms Of Service have the same meaning here.

2.What You Must Not Do

2.1

You must not use the Services, or allow them to be used:

  1. in breach of any law or regulation, or of anyone's rights, including rights of privacy, data protection, confidentiality and intellectual property;
  2. to store, send or display content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene or discriminatory;
  3. to upload or send malware, or any file or code designed to damage, disrupt or gain access to a system;
  4. to gain or attempt to gain access to another company's account or data, to any part of the Services you have not been given, or to bypass, probe or test the authentication, the access rights, the separation between companies or between a company and the parties it invites, or any other security or usage control - except security testing that we have authorised in writing;
  5. to place an unreasonable load on the Services, including by automated scraping, or by calling the programming interfaces other than as the Documentation describes, with the authentication it describes and within the rates it allows;
  6. to share a login, password, PIN or badge, or to let one person act under another person's credentials - except the department's shared operation login that the Services provide for the shop floor, where each entry is recorded against the individual's own PIN or badge;
  7. to falsify a record, forge or misattribute an approval or a signature, enter a false time or date, or use the Services to deceive an authority, an auditor, a lender, an insurer or a counterparty;
  8. to rig bids or collude in a tender, or to defeat or work around the sealing, opening and approval controls of a tender, an enquiry or an auction;
  9. to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to send email, messages or notices to people who have not agreed to receive them where the law requires their consent;
  10. in breach of export control or sanctions laws, or for the benefit of a person who is the subject of sanctions;
  11. to collect or hold special categories of personal data - such as health, biometric or genetic data, or national identity numbers - except where you have a lawful basis for an employment, safety or statutory purpose, and then only in the fields and sealed forms the Services provide for it;
  12. to make a decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on an individual solely by means of an artificial intelligence feature, without review by a person;
  13. to copy, frame, mirror or resell the Services, or to build or benchmark a competing product.

3.Reporting A Security Issue

3.1

If you find a vulnerability in the Services, report it to support@plantx.si with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it, do not access or keep more data than is needed to show the issue, and do not degrade the Services for others. We will not pursue a report made in good faith in accordance with this paragraph.

4.What We Do About A Breach

4.1

We may investigate a suspected breach of this Policy, remove or disable content that breaches it, and suspend the persons or accounts involved, as the Terms Of Service provide. Where the law requires, we report unlawful activity to the competent authorities and cooperate with them.

4.2

The Customer is responsible for breaches of this Policy by its Authorised Users and Invited Parties, and shall end such a breach promptly when it becomes aware of it.
