Cancellation And Refund Policy
PlantX is a subscription to use software and cloud services. Fees are not refundable; a subscription ends by not renewing it; money paid by mistake is never kept as a fee.
1.What You Pay For
This Policy forms part of the Agreement between the operator of PlantX and each Customer of PlantX. Words defined in the Terms Of Service have the same meaning here.
A Customer pays for a licence to use the Services for a Subscription Term. The Services are delivered by being made available in the Customer's account from the moment a payment is confirmed. Nothing physical is sold, shipped or returned.
2.Fees Are Not Refundable
Fees are earned when they are paid and are not refunded, in whole or in part. This includes where the Customer stops using the Services, uses less than it ordered, reduces its subscription, decides not to renew, closes its account, or does not use a module, feature, project, user or storage it paid for.
There is no trial or cooling-off period after a paid Order begins, unless the Order itself offers one.
Where the Agreement gives the Customer a credit - for example where we withdraw a module the Customer has paid for during its term - the credit is applied against the Customer's future Orders.
3.How To Cancel
A subscription does not renew by itself. To end it, the Customer simply does not pay the renewal Order; access to what it covered is suspended from the day after the Subscription Term ends, and Customer Data is kept as the Terms Of Service describe.
To reduce what it subscribes to, the Customer leaves it out of its next renewal. The reduction takes effect from the Renewal Date, not during a paid term.
An Order that has not been paid can be cancelled at any time from Billing. A cancelled Order is marked cancelled and keeps its number; nothing is charged for it.
To close its account altogether, the Customer's administrator writes to support@plantx.si. Closing an account does not refund Fees already paid.
4.Payments Made By Mistake
Money that is not a Fee is never kept as one. If we receive a second payment for an Order that is already paid, or more than the amount shown at the checkout because of a processing error, the excess is held to the Customer's credit and applied against its next Order, or repaid where the law requires. Write to support@plantx.si with the payment's reference and we will confirm how it has been applied.
If the Customer's bank account or card is debited but the payment does not reach us - a failed or timed-out payment - the amount is reversed to the Customer by its bank or by the payment gateway, within the time their own rules and, in India, the Reserve Bank of India's rules allow. If it is not, write to support@plantx.si with the payment's reference and we will help trace it.
The Services allow only one payment to be open for an Order at a time, so that an Order cannot be paid twice by accident.
5.Disputed Payments
If a Customer disputes or reverses a payment it made for an Order that was delivered (a chargeback), we may suspend what that payment covered until the dispute is resolved. Please write to support@plantx.si before raising a dispute with the bank - most questions about a charge are answered from the invoice.
6.Your Rights Under The Law
Nothing in this Policy takes away a right that the law gives the Customer and does not allow to be excluded by agreement.
